Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients:
½ cup packed brown sugar
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbs. corn starch
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup uncooked oats
½ cup margarine
Pre-heat oven to 375F.In a 9inch baking pan combine brown sugar and corn starch. Stir in blueberries until coated. For topping, combine flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 375F for about 30 minutes or until bubbling and golden (increase baking time to 45 minutes for frozen berries)
